On their way home...

The Cadets finished off in Kosi Bay this morning and are now in their plane from Durban to Johannesburg where they will pick up their international flight back to the UK.

I look forward seeing them all at Heathrow tomorrow morning!

Fun!

I have spoken to Peter this morning. The cadets have spent the last couple of days paddling on the Pongola river. This has been incredibly good fun and almost light relief from the intensity of the Environmental Awareness Course and Walking Trails. One of the magical moments on the Trail was watching a pregnant Rhino accompanied by her 1 year old lumbering around at a watering hole.
They are today heading off for Kosi Bay via the builders yard where they shall buy supplies for the project phase!
More to follow when they get to an internet!

Grand Game Drives

Peter reports that all is going superbly.

They had really good Game Drives.  On the first one saw Lion!!  No photos, but Bino sighting.  Rhino, Elephants, Buffallo and then 2 Black Rhino... Not bad.

Yesterday they had reptile session with Anton having packed ready to go on the Walking Trails at 1100.

They have written reports for the last number of day and photos have been taken; just waiting for some internet so that they can send them through!

A typical sunset on Walking Trails
